§1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and f7max ("f7max," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your registration, access to, and use of the f7max online gaming platform accessible at f7max.cam ("Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the f7max Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

§2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the f7max Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. f7max reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The f7max Platform is intended for use by residents and players physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the f7max Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws in your jurisdiction. f7max makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside of its served markets.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a real-money account on f7max, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration;
• Maintain one (1) account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited;
• Not be on any exclusion list maintained by f7max or any applicable regulatory authority;
• Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

f7max is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by f7max for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

§3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f7max account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. f7max will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to f7max — during registration and subsequently — is accurate, truthful, and complete. You must promptly notify f7max of any changes to your personal information, including your registered email address, phone number, or residential address. f7max reserves the right to void bets or withhold funds if account information is found to be false or materially inaccurate.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the f7max Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created in the same name, with the same payment method, from the same device, or from the same IP address — will be merged or permanently closed. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you discover that you have accidentally opened more than one account, you must contact f7max support immediately to resolve the situation.

§4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

f7max accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your f7max account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt.

f7max does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited into your f7max account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned to the sender and your account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to our KYC verification requirements. f7max aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• f7max reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account has active bonus wagering requirements outstanding;
• f7max does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the f7max Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). f7max is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank, card issuer, or e-wallet provider.

§5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

f7max offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus terms set out in this section shall apply.

1. Bonuses are credited to your f7max account in the form of bonus credits, which are separate from your real-money balance.
2. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
3. f7max reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. f7max will not honour any bonus claim based on fraudulent activity, abuse, or exploitation of promotional terms.
6. Bonus credits expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms if wagering requirements are not met.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

f7max reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with f7max, and our decision in such matters is final.

§6 Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Certified Game Integrity

All games available on the f7max Platform are provided by certified software studios and operate using independently audited random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG processes that neither f7max nor the game provider can influence or manipulate. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term statistical average expected return over millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, server disconnection, or software error that affects an in-progress game, f7max will make reasonable efforts to settle the round based on the game state recorded at the time of the failure. If a definitive game outcome cannot be determined, the wager for the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. f7max's determination in such matters is final.

6.3 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on the f7max Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wager before confirmation. f7max will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified platform error. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.

§7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f7max Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the f7max Platform;
• Using false identity information, impersonating another person, or registering an account on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure;
• Collusion with other players in any form, including in live dealer or multiplayer game environments;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any f7max software.

§8 Responsible Gaming

f7max is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling habits and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously.

f7max provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of uninterrupted play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of six (6) months up to a permanent exclusion.

§9 Intellectual Property

All content on the f7max Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall Platform design — is the property of f7max or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the f7max brand, trademarks, or proprietary content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f7max Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any other use of f7max content — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from f7max.

§10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f7max, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings — even if f7max has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

f7max does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While f7max takes reasonable precautions to ensure Platform availability and security, you acknowledge that access to the Platform may be interrupted, delayed, or suspended from time to time.

§11 Termination

f7max reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, void pending bets, and withhold or forfeit your balance at its sole discretion and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• f7max reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• Your account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory direction;
• f7max is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority.

You may close your f7max account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or disputed funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal verification requirements.

§12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and relevant gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under Philippine law, except where applicable consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

f7max operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.

§13 Amendments

f7max reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, f7max will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered members via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
